The process of using the Managed payroll model is quite straightforward. An agency sets up a contract with the Management company that outlines the areas the Management company is responsible for. How do workers get paid if I use Managed payroll?

You pay the Management company the assignment rate and then the Management company will make several deductions to work out the worker’s gross pay. The breakdown of the deductions can be found on the reconciliation statement and will usually include:

  • Be paid national minimum wage or national living wage on time and in full, terms should be agreed by all parties in the key information document

You can view your payslips in our online portal. When you are registered with us to be paid you will receive login details to the portal where you can view your payslips.

You can apply for a share code online. The share code is valid for 90 days.

A share code obtained for a different purpose, such as to demonstrate your right to rent, cannot be used to demonstrate your right to work. You will need one of the following to get a share code:

  • your biometric residence permit number
  • your biometric residence card number
  • your passport or national identity card

Once you have your share code you can share it with your employer who can check your right to work using the code and your date of birth on the government website.
